Remove Timeline Triggers with this Guided Meditation

Just as we can encounter negativity in our day to day interactions with people which inspire us to clear our aura, it's important to remember our social media timelines are also in need of clearing.


Use this guided meditation when you see triggering content, to help restore your mental tranquility.


Remove Timeline Triggers with this Guided Meditation


  • Start by taking a moment to gently close your eyes.

  • Take a deep inhale breath, bringing what you saw to the forefront of your mind.

  • As you exhale envision the image getting smaller and smaller. Each time, the negative stimulus is blown away by your breath. Repeat 3x.

  • Take another deep inhale this time envisioning your headspace filling with white light.

  • As you exhale, blow away the initial negative stimulus.

  • On your last inhale breath, envision a mirror rising over your phone/laptop, facing towards the screen.

  • As you exhale envision the mirror firmly locking into place with the four corners of the screen.

  • Continue to breathe normally, envisioning the mirror filling with white light and reflecting any negativity back into the medium from which it came.

  • Seal your aura with sacred smoke, a cleansing water, or a visualization of white light.
