The root chakra is associated with middle C on the piano. We will use this key as our guide and move upward through all the chakras. This guided visualization illustrates which chakra you should envision while the audio is played, and it works best when listened to with headphones.

You can ground yourself prior to listening, using any of the guided meditations in this collection. You may find yourself experiencing sudden emotions or feel a light warmth around the chakras as energy is released.
