Channeled Message 01/01/25 - Protecting Our Energetic Boundaries

People in my life have had similar dreams over the past two weeks. Separately, they’ve told me they had dreams about home invasion and needing to fight off an enemy. The whole reason I'm writing this channeled message, is because it came through when I was actually woken up by someone being frightened in their sleep.

These individuals don't consider themselves psychic - but when the dreams line up with what we're seeing across the country it makes me wonder if we’re being purposefully exposed to psychological manipulation.

Does that sound crazy?

Well, just as our home represents a safe space in the 3D, our astral bodies can feel when our energetic boundaries are trespassed.  

So how exactly is this connected to psychological manipulation?

On a large scale what we’re experiencing as a result of current events is analogous to the dynamics of a verbally abusive relationship. We’re experiencing collective dysregulation due to feeling powerless over the circumstances we observe in the news, are conditioned to be desensitized over time to similar events through repeated exposure (like violence, acts of terrorism, and school shootings), & subsequently our emotional response is controlled as we’re relayed information which doesn’t elicit a response unless it’s severely triggering.

These responses feel out of our control because we’re emotionally exasperated, and we have less control over them when we're feeling drained. As a result, it's imperative to protect ourselves. There are many different methods of spiritual protection (cleansing the aura, white light visualization, having boundaries with news media, prayer, etc.) but as the message came through I kept feeling the words “work with dieties.”
